Understanding the threats and how to prevent them is very important. Training should include the latest update on cyber threats such as email scams, phishing, viruses and malware.
This has to be done for all employees that uses computer in the network. If you have 99% well educated on these threats, and you leave 1 person who click the bad link, the impact is the same with not giving any of them a training.

Encourage smart clicking! Your employees should be suspicious of unknown links, or familiar ones with odd forms. Signs that a link is not to be trusted could include hyphens, numbers, spelling mistakes, and symbols in place of regular characters.
